"Christian relief and development organizations offer a unique contribution to poverty reduction around the world and one way to ensure those contributions are understood and multiplied is to gather around the mission and vision of CCRDA."
To achieve our goal of strengthening the Christian voice on relief, development, and justice issues, we need the continued financial involvement of committed member organizations and individuals.
Member fees support a coordinator and administrative costs, and subsidize member-wide projects. To help provide the financial means for the CCRDA, its members pay an annual membership fee. The fee is based on a sliding scale that adjusts to members' revenues determined from Revenue Canada data (see below).
The CCRDA Board will contact you for a short interview and further details.
The Board then reviews applications and recommends all new members to the CCRDA membership for approval.
You will be contacted once this process has been completed. If approved for membership, an invoice will be sent to you for your membership fee.
An agency's Annual Revenue is determined by subtracting line 5600, or line 580 from Schedule 5 on the new form, (gifts in kind), from line 4700 (total revenue) on the most recent T3010. Please contact us if only part of your work is in relief and development.
