Operations and Technical Manager, Water for Life Initiative (Commissioned)
The Operations and Technical Manager is responsible for overseeing the financial and administrative operations for the resources of the Water for Life Initiative. The role will also provide leadership of well drilling technical operations in each country (e.g. best practices, new technology). The Operations and Technical Manager will lead a motivated, engaged and “on-mission” technical and administrative team.
Drilling and Technology Specialist, Water for Life Initiative (Commissioned or Intern)
The role of the Drilling and Technology Specialist is to ensure that our field partners have the appropriate level of support in drilling operations and procurement. The Drilling and Technology Specialist provides valuable expertise and training on the efficient use of drilling equipment and best practices in drilling, while ensuring that drilling records are up-to-date and reviewed periodically.
Monitoring and Evaluation Officer, Water for Life Initiative (Commissioned)
This position will support the monitoring and evaluation functions of the WFLI through collection, analysis, management, and documentation of data. The position will support the measurement and evaluation of program outcomes and sharing of impact with stakeholders through regular reports. Part of this role will be developing skills as a key user of the WFLI data collection platform in order to support the rest of the team.
Knowledge Management and Learning Officer (Commissioned or Intern)
This position will support the collection, management, documentation, and sharing of knowledge. Knowledge management will be in technical, philosophical and practical matters related to water, sanitation and hygiene (WASH) and Christian development. The position will support the sharing of knowledge internally and with external audiences through online knowledge bases, presentations, technical and program briefs. Internal lessons learned will be captured and disseminated for completed projects.
