Compassion Canada, an international child development organization located in London Ontario, is seeking an individual to manage and actively participate as a member of the Information Systems Team, to provide corporate-wide systems solutions to meet Compassion Canada’s information processing needs. Compassion Canada is also seeking a Contact Centre Associate who will be responsible for contributing with excellence and providing a high level of customer service to the Compassion supporters through phone, email and chat. These supporters are sponsors, donors, volunteers or potential future partners. A large percentage of the associate’s time would be receiving inquiries via incoming calls and making outbound service calls.
