We recently reviewed our human resources department services and identified a need to strengthen staff care and compliance for nurturing a healthy organizational culture. World Renew is currently looking to hire a Human Resources Specialist - Capacity Building and Organizational Culture to be based in our Burlington, Ontario office. This position supports a key organizational value for people flourishing. The purpose of this position is to give oversight to implementing policies and training initiatives that ensure staff serve in a workplace that is safe and with healthy, respectful relationships. This includes encouraging the implementing of safeguarding policies, including a Complaints Policy across the breadth of organization. To do this well, this position will focus on organizing training, coaching and compliance in areas such as ensuring staff knowledge of human resources policies and procedures (at all levels), developing skills for handling complaints and investigations with staff focal points and accessing resources for enhancing staff well-being.
