World Renew is looking for an intern to support the World Renew Refugee Program in Canada by implementing the sponsorship monitoring program. Support for World Renew's monitoring program will assist in ensuring compliance with government policy and regulations of the Private Sponsorship of Refugees (PSR) program. The intern will distribute monitoring questionnaires, conduct interviews and follow up with sponsors and newcomers. World Renew is a Sponsorship Agreement Holder (SAH) organization and as such has an agreement with Immigration Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) to resettle refugees to Canada. The intern will assist in strengthening the monitoring program of World Renew through assessment of tools of monitoring approaches of other Sponsorship Agreement Holder (SAH) organizations. As time permits, the intern will support the World Renew Canada Refugee team in other areas such as with sponsorship applications and other duties as assigned by supervisor.
